Security through reliable systems
I'm Leo — an Information Electronics Technician based in Munich, Germany. My mission is to make companies secure and capable of action, with reliable security systems and clean data infrastructure.
As a qualified Informationselektroniker at Elektro Kreutzpointner GmbH, I work daily with fire alarm systems, KNX building automation, and IT networks. Parallel to that, I founded Ritzenthaler IT — delivering IT network planning, VoIP, and IP camera solutions.
I'm also an iOS developer with three shipped apps: 3DFire (AI-powered fire detector planning), WattWissen (my apprenticeship graduation project), and PhysioMaid — a mobile office for physiotherapists, currently in beta.
I graduated top of my class — skipping a full school year — and received multiple state-level awards for academic excellence. Currently pursuing my Meister qualification in Information Technology.
Where I've worked
Inspect BIM models and plan fire protection — directly in the browser, no CAD licence required.
Planning, implementing, and managing IT networks, VoIP, and IP camera systems, plus developing custom software solutions.
Working with fire alarm systems, building automation, and security infrastructure. Applying expertise in KNX, Hekatron, and Honeywell systems.
Completed vocational training while skipping a school year due to outstanding academic performance. Graduated as top of class with multiple state-level recognition awards.
- Sole IT administrator for a bakery group with 8 branches and ~150 employees
- Network and telephony infrastructure
- POS systems, workstations, receipt and label printers across all locations — rollout, maintenance, support
- ERP: data migration and setup with Mark.One — chart of accounts, creditors, revenue accounts per branch
- Reduced system downtime across branches through standardised hardware and a redesigned network layout
- Bookkeeping and invoicing with DATEV
- Staff scheduling and personnel administration

- Took on the first IT tasks here, which grew into the system administrator role

Part of the largest community for young founders under 25 in the DACH region — exchange, events, and mentoring with fellow founders.

PhysioMaid
A mobile office for physiotherapists — scan prescriptions with OCR, manage patient records, schedule appointments with Apple Calendar sync, and generate professional PDF invoices. Fully offline, all data stays on device.
WattWissen
My graduation project as Informationselektroniker — a self-built iOS app using Swift and Xcode. Demonstrates deep knowledge of Apple's development ecosystem and AI integration.
